“For the strength of the Pack is the Wolf, and the strength of the Wolf is the Pack.” ― Rudyard Kipling
How amazing it is to have achieved so much and still have so far to go, together, as a pack! This journey will continue to be both unpredictable and invaluable. The immediate Lupus Foundation of America South Carolina Community Partner volunteer team wishes to thank all those who have supported our endeavors. Although this specific volunteer partner organization will be discontinued (as of June 2017), we ask that you keep with the course to support the national Lupus Foundation of America with awareness efforts and activities. You can continue to support the state by using the online Lupus Foundation of America ‘Make Your Mark’ (http://support.lupus.org/mym2017) site. Please do proceed to share your local events and activities for us to post for all of our followers and those that live in the state of South Carolina.
Without doubt, continue your plans for providing your areas with support groups, lupus awareness activities, fundraisers and information sessions. Continue to encourage donations and send, with an enthusiastic note, that these funds are from the faithful lupus supporters of South Carolina. And whatever you do, please do not be discouraged, do not pause on your commitment, do not digress from your achievements.
Together, we will continue to help those in the best way that we can. We will persist to encourage South Carolina’s voice. And we will continue to share in the need for lupus awareness and advocacy within our state. All of your endeavors have not gone unnoticed. South Carolina has been blazing its way into the lupus awareness arena! And it is OUR OBLIGATION, to those in need and to those who are not aware, to follow through with our pledge towards helping in the fight for finding a cure. We must now waver from informing others about this perplexing disease.
Again, thank you for ALL that you have done, do now, and will continue to do for advocacy, awareness, and action towards greater lupus awareness in the state of South Carolina.
